The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of organization, communication, and creative operations — ensuring every asset is accessible, approved, and adheres to contracted terms

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a centralized asset library across campaigns.
  • Track and document content usage rights, licensing terms, expiration dates, and platform restrictions.

  • Coordinate with Business Managers to secure approvals and usage rights.
  • Ensure assets are properly tagged, versioned, and stored via client asset platform.
  • Review usage requests to confirm alignment with contractual agreements.
  • Maintain documentation of talent agreements, release forms, and licensing terms.
  • Develop and improve asset management workflows and reporting systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in asset management, content operations, digital rights management, or creative production.
  • Experience working with external agencies and influencer or talent teams.
  • Strong understanding of licensing and usage rights or the desire to learn and manage rights
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary range: $70,000 USD – $85,000 USD

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
