Creative Asset Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Asset Manager to oversee the tracking, management, and distribution of creative assets across campaigns. This role will serve as the central point of contact for all external content requests while coordinating closely with agencies, influencer teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure proper rights usage and compliance.
The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of organization, communication, and creative operations — ensuring every asset is accessible, approved, and adheres to contracted terms
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a centralized asset library across campaigns.
- Track and document content usage rights, licensing terms, expiration dates, and platform restrictions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming external content requests.
- Coordinate with Business Managers to secure approvals and usage rights.
- Ensure assets are properly tagged, versioned, and stored via client asset platform.
- Review usage requests to confirm alignment with contractual agreements.
- Maintain documentation of talent agreements, release forms, and licensing terms.
- Develop and improve asset management workflows and reporting systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in asset management, content operations, digital rights management, or creative production.
- Experience working with external agencies and influencer or talent teams.
- Strong understanding of licensing and usage rights or the desire to learn and manage rights
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary range: $70,000 USD – $85,000 USD
